 Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnosing, repairing, and resolving user problems regarding software, hardware, and peripherals.

System Deployment & Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems, applications, and security software (e.g., Windows/macOS).

Hardware Setup: Setting up new user workstations, including computers, laptops, printers, and phones.Remote/On-site Assistance: Providing fast, efficient technical support via remote tools or in-person to minimize user downtime.

Network & Security Management: Managing network connectivity, VPN access, and antivirus software to ensure network security and reliability.
