Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, manage, and maintain custom applications and cloud infrastructure
Respond to incidents and ensure timely resolution to maintain service reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, network operations, and security to design scalable and resilient systems.
Automate operational workflows, monitoring, and incident response processes to reduce manual toil.
Implement and maintain observability solutions, including logging, metrics, and distributed tracing, to provide end-to-end visibility of system health.

Required Skills and Technologies:
Technology: Java 8 , Python.
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
Proficiency in scripting and automation
Familiarity with observability tools such as FluentBit, Jaeger, Zipkin, Grafana, and Splunk Observability.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and web services.
Understanding of network infrastructure and security principles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
