Role & responsibilities -

Must be punctual and able to work on any shift as required.
Flexibility to work and extend beyond working hours during peak periods.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet client deadlines for assigned tasks.
Ability to interpret and execute client instructions accurately.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities.
Will receive training to work on client-provided software and services.
Must adhere to all established procedures and guidelines.
Quick learner with basic computer knowledge.
