Job Description:
We are hiring for the International Chat Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through chat and other digital communication channels, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via chat and digital communication channels
- Understand and provide accurate solutions to customer issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple interactions efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
Required Skills
- Strong written communication Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
- Customer-centric approach with good judgment
- Flexible to work in Night rotational shifts
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma
- Experience: 0 to 3 years
- Age: 18-35 years
- Must have all educational certificates
- Must reside within 23 km of Uppal, Hyderabad
Work Schedule
- US rotational shifts, including night shifts
- 5 working days + 2 rotational weekly offs
- Work from office (mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
- Take-home salary: 12,000 to 13,000 per month
- Free two-way cab facility
- Self-to-work (STW) allowance of 3,300 (applicable to male employees only).
- Medical insurance coverage for self and dependents
