Job Title: International Voice Support Executive Airline Process

Location: Bangalore
Salary: 3.5 LPA (CTC) | 30,800/month (In-hand) + Incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring International Voice Support Executives for a leading airline process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls and delivering high-quality customer service to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via inbound and outbound calls
• Provide accurate information regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel policies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Participate in assigned training sessions to improve performance and client satisfaction
• Maintain adherence to company and contact center policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & verbal clarity)
• Prior experience in customer handling via calls is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience in airline/travel process is an added advantage

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• 5 days working with rotational offs
