Job Description:
We are hiring for a Domestic Inbound Voice Process for a leading MNC in the Banking sector. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in customer service and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain quality and service standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Prior voice process experience preferred (Freshers can apply if communication is good)
• Basic understanding of banking processes is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to 18,500/month
• 6 days working
