Job Description

We are hiring for IT Service Manager/IT Governance Role.

Experience: 7+ years
Notice period: Immediate joiners onlyJob Description:- Own and drive endtoend Allianz Risk Shield activities, including scope confirmation, control responses, evidence coordination, and remediation tracking of Applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion attestations, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies.
- Coordinate Third Party Risk Management lifecycle activities for thirdparty services, including service classification, risk relevance assessment, outsourcing/DORA classification, and exit strategy inputs where required.
- Act as a point of contact working with delivery teams, Dev Managers, Service Owners, procurement, and assurance functions.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues early, and avoid compliance or regulatory delays.
-Experience in IT Service Management, Service Ownership, or Service Governance
- Exposure to risk, compliance, or assurance processes
