Job Description
Process: Outbound Sales - ICICI Lombard
Qualification: Min Hsc Pass
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven candidates for the Outbound Process with ICICI Lombard. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining banking products, and generating sales leads. Candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell banking products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum HSC qualification (Graduates preferred).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Shift Timing: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
- Week Off: Sunday fixed (or as per company policy).
Compensation:
- Salary: 16K - 18K (In-hand) per month
- Incentives: Unlimited, performance-based
