Location:Mumbai, Andheri (West)

Department: Digital / E-Commerce

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce preferred
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Marketplace management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across leading e-commerce platforms
  Plan and execute monthly marketing, pricing, and promotional strategies
  Drive sales growth and revenue targets across marketplaces
  Monitor catalog quality, product visibility, and A+ content
  Lead new product launches and platform onboarding
  Analyze marketplace data, competitor pricing, and growth opportunities
  Coordinate with operations, warehouse, finance, and marketplace stakeholders
  Ensure stock availability, shipment planning, and compliance management

Ideal Candidate

Experience in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms

Experience in managing Q-Com platform such as Swiggy, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience with pricing strategies, promotions, and marketplace marketing
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams
Strong ownership mindset and stakeholder management skills
