Job Description
Job Title: Executive HR Generalist
Location: Andheri(West), Mumbai
Job Summary
The Executive HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong coordination skills, confidentiality, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (posting on Job portals, screening, interviews, offers, documentation)
- Conduct induction and ensure smooth joining formalities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMS data
- Handle attendance & leave records
- Support exit formalities, full & final settlement, and exit interviews
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Payroll Processing and coordination with Payroll Team for monthly payroll inputs
- Ensure & provide statutory compliance documentation/data (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Assist in audits and HR compliance reporting
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support engagement initiatives, events, and communication
- Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct
HR Documentation & MIS
- Draft HR letters, circulars / internal communication (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion, Buddy announcement, Experience etc)
- Prepare HR MIS reports (attrition, hiring, attendance, leave, etc.)
- Support implementation and updates of HR policies and SOPs
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / MBA-HR, or equivalent
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist
- Exposure to Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement Activities payroll process
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor compliances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
