AR Executive Night Shift (Semi voice Process)

Shifts: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM/ 8.30PM - 5.30AM

Education: Graduates only BA, BBA, BCom, BSc, BCA, BE/BTech

Not eligible: Postgraduates, BPharma, MPharma, DPharma

Roles & Responsibilities AR Executive (Voice)

• Contact US Insurance Payers to resolve claim issues (denials & nondenials)
• Review systems for payments, adjustments, and selfpay updates
• Identify and escalate trends or issues when necessary
• Maintain SOP updates, Issue Logs, and Trend Trackers
• Participate in RCM training sessions
• Resolve complex patient account issues
• Route noncalling accounts to the analytical team
• Identify payer-level issues and support reprocessing activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers welcome
• Age: Below 29 years
• Excellent communication skills required
• Not eligible: Postgraduates/Pharma streams (BPharma, MPharma, DPharma)
