Role & responsibilities

Manage and maintain software asset records, including licensing, contracts, renewals, and disposal.
Maintain SAM data for budgeting, inventory, and cost tracking.
Support stakeholders with SAM data requests and reporting.
Track vendor contracts, renewals, upgrades, coterming, and invoices.
Identify costsaving opportunities across software and services.
Perform license compliance audits and entitlement reconciliation.
Work with ServiceNow SAM Professional and SAM tools.
Handle and categorize requests via shared mailbox.
