Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the documentation process during the new joinee onboarding process
  • Act as the primary HR SPOC for employees, addressing queries and providing support
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation, records, and HRMS data
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution with a people-first approach
  • Manage HR helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns
  • Provide operational support to HR team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Coordinate with external vendors for various HR services.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and approvals through the HRMS system
  • Issue and manage employee lifecycle documentation, including appointment letters, revision letters, and performance appraisal communications
  • Liaise with banking partners to facilitate salary account creation for new employees
  • Review and approve expenses and bills before forwarding to the finance team

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in HR operations,payroll, HR policies, and legal compliance
  • Strong Analytics skills
  • Proficient in MS excel , Word , Power Point
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making capabilities

Experience & Qualifications

  • 26 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and streamline HR processes from the ground up
