We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to support live applications.
The role involves monitoring systems, handling production issues, and following ITIL processes to ensure smooth application performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor production applications
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Analyze logs and identify root cause
- Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Support deployments and releases
- Coordinate with development and infra teams
- Participate in oncall / shift support
