Travel Consultant Amadeus GDS (International Voice Process)
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 3.5 5 LPA (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Travel Consultants with hands-on expertise in Amadeus GDS for an international travel process. The role involves handling customer travel-related queries, bookings, and modifications through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries via calls related to travel bookings
- Work on Amadeus GDS for flight bookings, cancellations, re-issuance, and fare rules
- Provide accurate travel solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end travel coordination and support
- Follow company policies and maintain quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS
- Minimum 6 months 2+ years of relevant travel process experience
- Prior BPO/Contact Center experience is required
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Important Note:
- No Freshers
- Non-relevant profiles will not be considered
- Only candidates with Travel + Amadeus experience apply
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts (24/7 process)
- 5 days working
