Lead UI Developer (React.js / Next.js)

About the Role :

Hands-on Lead UI Developer with strong experience in building modern, scalable front-end applicationsspecifically for direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital marketing and salesfunnel platforms. You will lead UI engineers, drive engineering standards, and deliver experiences optimized for conversion, tracking, and user insights.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a UI development team; own code quality, reviews, and best practices.
Build high-performance React.js / Next.js applications (SSR/SSG, routing, performance).
Implement reusable UI components and responsive layouts aligned with design specifications.
Collaborate with backend, design, QA, marketing, and product teams.
Ensure accessibility, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and strong CI/CD discipline.
