Experience: 6 Months 2 Years
Salary: 25,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for multiple roles including HR Recruiter, Operations Executive, Scheduler, and Sourcer for our Bengaluru location.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Recruiter / Sourcer:
- End-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screening, shortlisting & scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining recruitment tracker and reports
Operations Executive:
- Managing daily operational activities
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients
- Ensuring smooth workflow and process compliance
- Preparing reports and MIS
Scheduler:
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating between stakeholders
- Managing calendars and follow-ups
- Maintaining proper documentation and records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Immediate joiners preferred
