As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, focusing on delivering scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your work will contribute to enhancing system functionality and user experience through continuous development and refinement of software elements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to solution design.
- Assist in testing and debugging software components to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication within the team to facilitate knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with JavaScript and modern web development frameworks.
- Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable code practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and adapt to evolving project needs. Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
