Job Description
Greetings,
TCS is looking for Automation Test Engineer (Automation Scripting , ETL, Azure),(Playwright)(.Net).
Experience: 4- 15 Years
Education: Minimum 15 years of fulltime education (10th, 12th and Graduation)
Location: Mum/Blr/Chennai/Hyd/Kolkata/Pune/Bhuwaneswar, Gurgoan
Notice period- Immediate joiner- 30 to 45 days only
Responsibilities:
Need Automation Tester Profile to perform Test automation activities both API / GUI and in addition database tests automation skills needed and to provide time to time automation technical solution and enablement within the Team.
Skill Required:
We require hands-On working experience with required expertise in below skills for this profile:
- Hands-On working knowledge over Gits, Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitHub.
- Hands-On working knowledge over Python, Java or any additional scripting language skills are benefiting for automation testing.
- Understanding over automation concepts like POM and creation of POM xml or implementing POM with robot framework.
- Hands on working knowledge over different automation frameworks understandings e.g., data driven, test driven, BDD etc., some active working knowledge and usage on any framework
- Must be having expertise using GIT and Jenkins (CI/CD Tools)
- Working knowledge over Robot framework, selenium and if any other good automation tools for acceptance, regression tests.
- Working knowledge over API Test automation using robot framework, selenium.
- Skills needed for both GUI and API automation Testing.
- Experience with other automation tools and SQL queries and database testing will be additional welcoming asset.
- JIRA or any other test management tool knowledge will be good to have.
- Should be well versed in testing concepts and agile way of working.
- Knowledge in cucumber and other tools like Jmeter will be additional asset.

Automation Testing Selenium , Java
Knowledge and understanding of Selenium, Java, API testing, Python and Robot framework.
- Strong knowledge in Python
- Strong knowledge in SQL
- Strong knowledge in Git or other source code management systems
- 5-8 years working as Automation Engineer leveraging test automation solutions of ETL Processes
- Defining and setting up a Test Automation tools with respect to defined Test Automation Architecture
- Participate in Design and Architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions for program team
- Identifying and recommending the automated testing processes and tools
- Developing and executing Automation Test Plan;
- Setting up the Test Data and executing of Automation Scripts and delivering the test automation completion report
- Hand on experience and strong understanding in CI/CI concepts
- Building CI/CD/Test Automation pipelines in Git. Hand on with YAML
- Hand on experience automating REST API
- Knowledge of multiple test automation frameworks, for data migration is a big plus
- Experience with development, deployment and production support of a Cloud-based solution on AWS
- Good communication skills.
Automation Test Engineer (Playwright)
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright
- Windows application testing experience (UI + windows service)
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (or Python)
- Good understanding of modern testing architecture and best practices
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and API validation
- Experience with REST API testing and integration
- Ability to analyze logs, data, and automation failures
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and version control best practices
Automation Test Engineer (.Net)
Required Skills for Automation based of .Net application
- Technical expertise:
- Over 4-6 years experience in testing c
- Knowledge of and experience with white-box and black-box testing of C# applications (pref. .Net Framework or higher);
- Knowledge of and experience with testing of Single Page Applications
- Knowledge of and experience with various levels of manual and automated testing.
- Experience in Smoke, System, Regression, Sanity, E2E Chain Testing
- Different chain integration (E2E) testing experience in a complex system environment.
- Experience with Azure pipelines, Git & Confluence
- Experience with integration, contract-based and acceptance testing
- Experience with API testing (Postman or similar), service virtualization and testing microservices
- Experience in Test Automation Framework development
Experience with tools like Selenium, Cucumber/Specflow, Cypress. - You know your way with .Net, C# etc
- Experience with Rest Assured API testing;
- You have knowledge of, and experience in, testing subsystems by creating your own stubs, driver and test data
- Working with TDD/BDD, contract based testing;
- CI/CD experience
- Practitioner knowledge of general IT risks and controls
- Experience with Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk processes
