Desired Candidate Profile :

Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply
Fresher can apply. Candidates with BPO experience would have edge.
Excellent English communication is Mandate
Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/ week offs

Compensation & Other Benefits :

Salary Base Pay : 385,000 to 456,750 LPA/-

Additional Benefits:-

Zeta Meal Card - INR 1100/month i.e. INR 13200/- PA
Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
Night Shift Allowance - INR 150/shift
Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirement)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Education: 12th Pass
Excellent written and spoken communication skills required
Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome
Willingness to work in night shifts
Candidates should NOT be pursuing regular college education
Willingness to work from office is mandatory
Candidates should be comfortable working in a voice process
