The individual must be capable to support and own proactive tactical & strategic management responses to address unique challenges. In this role you will experience a wide range of problem solving situations that require long term solutioning. ACES program manager will be responsible for driving global initiatives/process improvement programs focused on reducing cost by improving efficiency, improve quality of operations and improve customer experience. This position requires proven leadership ability to facilitate and drive projects resulting in process optimization, cost reduction, customer experience improvement, as well as the ability to teach those methods to other managers and associates in order to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities associated with this position include the following:
1. Program Management:
a. Works with leadership team to drive critical business improvement initiatives.
b. Manages multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills.
d Demonstrates discretion in coordination of project scoping and selection to align with business objectives.
f. Communicates across all levels on project and program progress.
2. Process Improvement:
a. Leads business critical high impacting projects for the vertical through Lean six sigma, data analytics, Automation & AI/ML and deliver results within planned timelines and with expected measurable output.
b. Supports project teams/team members as-needed to improve processes, provide project intervention and coaching, etc.
c. Drives continuous improvement culture through delivery of content and training on Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement Root Cause Analysis, etc. Key job responsibilities
1. Identify opportunities for improvement in registration and compliance processes and apply Lean Six Sigma, data analytics &automation expertise in solving complex business problems
2. Lead improvement projects, influence other teams to ensure deadlines are met; hold stakeholders accountable and deliver results within the stipulated timelines
3. Influence development roadmap(s) to build scale and automation into execution, reporting and analysis.
4. Comfortably and skillfully flex among various tools according to the problem and data. - 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience using managed ML/AI solutions
