As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing established quality processes and methodologies. Additionally, you will focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and evaluate the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of all initiatives.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project goals.
