Role: Customer Support Email Process (Travel Domain)


Job Summary:

Sutherland Global Services is hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for a 100% Non-Voice Email Support Process in the Travel domain.

This role involves handling Customer Queries via email, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining high service quality while supporting international customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to start or grow their career in the International BPO industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through email support (100% Non-Voice process)
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries related to travel services.
  • Ensure high-quality email communication and problem resolution.
  • Maintain service quality and productivity metrics.
  • Follow process guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: HSC (12th Pass) or above
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
  • Communication: Good written & Verbal English skills required
  • Basic computer and email handling skills.

Job Details

  • Process: Email Support Travel Domain
  • Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Renewable based on performance)
  • Shift Timings:
    • 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
    • 4:30 PM 1:30 AM
    • Both Shifts are Mandatory to follow
  • Work Schedule: 5 Days Work a week from Office (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
  • Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary & Benefits:

  • Transport facility within 25 km radius ( Kalyan & Panvel within 1.5 KMS From Respective Stations
  • Travel Allowance: 1,750 + 1,750 (both ways if not choosing cab Facility by Company)
