Job Description
Job Title :- Generative AI Developer
Job Location: Gurgoan/NCR
Experience Range: 4 to 15 Years
Must Have:
- 4-6 years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on generative models.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI models in production.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strategic AI Leadership
- Develop an AI roadmap for TCS BaNCS products, focusing on automation in Corporate Actions and related financial operations.
- Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI for document automation, intelligent reporting, and conversational interfaces.
- AI Governance & Compliance
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI and GenAI use in financial services, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards (MiFID, FATCA, ISO 20022).
- Oversee risk management for AI deployments in sensitive financial domains.
- Product Innovation & Integration
- Drive AI-based enhancements in Corporate Actions workflows (event capture, validation, settlement).
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to embed GenAI-powered features such as automated client communication, smart documentation, and predictive insights.
- Capability Building
- Build and mentor AI and GenAI teams within the BaNCS product group; foster innovation and continuous learning.
- Promote AI literacy across product and delivery teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
Role Description:-
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Actions lifecycle and Capital Market processes.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale AI and GenAI implementation within financial services.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; certifications in AI governance preferred.
GenAI-Specific Skills
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Ability to design GenAI solutions for financial workflows (e.g., automated corporate action notifications, client query handling).
- Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and secure deployment of GenAI in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with AI ethics for generative models, including bias mitigation and explainability.
