Job Description

Experience: 4- 8 Years / Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad , Bangalore.

4- 8 years in telecom operations/support roles

Strong experience in Ericsson Order Care (EOC)

Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, troubleshooting data issues)

Good understanding of telecom domain (BSS/OSS, order management, provisioning)

Experience with OpenShift or containerized environments.

Incident management and production support experience
