We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baker Assistants at our bakery/cake shop. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the baking industry.As a Baker Assistant, you will work closely with experienced bakers, assisting them in daily bakery operations, and learning the art of baking, cake decoration, and production of various baked goods. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed, hardworking, and have a genuine interest in the food and baking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the bakers in the preparation and baking of cakes, bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Help with mixing, kneading, and proofing dough, preparing ingredients, and following recipes.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bakery area.
- Assist in cake decoration, frosting, and packaging for delivery.
- Operate bakery equipment and maintain proper safety protocols.
- Ensure product quality by following established standards.
- Maintain stock levels of raw materials and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records.
- Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times.
Preferred Skills Qualifications:
- Prior baking experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Should be able to Speak and Understand Hindi.
- A keen interest in learning and working in a bakery/cake shop environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
