l Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
l Inform customers about jewellery collections, offers, gold schemes, and promotions
l Follow up with customers for showroom visits and scheme renewals
l Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally
l Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM/system
l Handle customer feedback and basic complaint resolution
l Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 03 years in customer service, retail sales, or related field (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome and language proficiency (Telugu) is preferred . Basic computer and CRM knowledge
