Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Role Objective

The HR Data Management fresher is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will act as the primary gatekeeper for employee data, from the moment a candidate is hired to the day they exit the company.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately inputting new hire information, promotions, transfers, and terminations into the HR database (e.g., SAP, Workday, or Oracle).
Documentation Management: Auditing and digitizing employee records (contracts, IDs, tax forms) to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Reporting: Generating weekly or monthly "Headcount Reports," turnover rates, and attendance summaries for HR Managers.
Data Integrity Audits: Regularly "cleaning" the data to find missing information or errors (e.g., ensuring every employee has a valid manager assigned).
Employee Support: Responding to basic data-related queries, such as "How do I update my address?" or "Why is my leave balance incorrect?"
