Waypham India Pvt Ltd is an emerging Eye Care Pharma company with its corporate office at Gurgaon, India, established in 2018. First company to start preventive Eyecare Management with exclusive and innovative products in segments like Eye Hygiene & Eye Nutrition, addressing 'unmet needs'.

We are focused on providing comprehensive treatment support for diseases such as blepharitis, MGD, Dry Eyes, CVS & similar other ocular conditions with our wide range of first-time introduced products. These concepts are well established and getting high acceptance by Eye Care Doctors.

Waypham is led by ophthalmic industry leaders with over 30 years of experience in setting up multi-million dollar Eye Care businesses & revolutionary product concepts across the Indian subcontinent.

Division: Eyecare / Ophthalmic Pharma Division of Waypham India

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales target achievements - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
• Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT
• Ensure complete compliance with distribution processes & activities.
• Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management.
• Daily reporting
• Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc. / B. Pharma / D. Pharma
• Strong communication skills to converse with doctors in the specialty segment.
• Super-Self motivation, go-getter & can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication Skills are mandatory
• Passionate, task-oriented, with high commitment to values.
• Interpersonal Skills
