Designation : Apprentice-Accounts (initial 6 months if fresher) / Officer - Accounts (experienced )

Job Location : Sancoale Goa, Pandharpur, MH & Dharashiv, MH

Experience : Fresher or more than 1.5 Year of experience

Industry : Any

Qualification : BCom is Must*/ MCom Or MBA Finance

Age : 20 to 25 Years for Apprentice / Experienced within 31 yrs can apply

Functional Areas : Accounts

Reporting To : Store Manager and Assistant Commercial Manager

Key Skills:

Good numerical Ability & Cash Handling
Good at Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash Book & GST
Analytical Skills

JD;

Managing Day to Day Accounting work of Payables, Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Maintenance and other Accounting entries
Inputting cash/bank vouchers on a daily basis, reconciliation of cash and bank on monthly Basis.
Maintaining Petty Cash Register and with supporting documents
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closures of accounts.
Applicants should have working knowledge of MS. Office, SAP and Internet
Coordinating with the Head Office for Accounts & Finance related reports.
Upgrading on a timely basis on changes in Accounting / Tax domain (E.g. Introduction of GST)
Coordinating with Internal and Statutory Auditors by providing necessary information for their work
Prepare Accounts & Tax related Tracker & MIS Report.
