Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential referral sources, ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Promote and educate about Centre for Sight services, including specialty procedures and campaigns.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

2. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
  • Address queries and provide timely support to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong referral network.

3. Field Operations:

  • Conduct regular visits to assigned territory to meet prospects and existing clients.
  • Collect market intelligence, feedback, and competitor activity for strategic insights.
  • Participate in marketing events, seminars, and campaigns as required.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of field visits, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

5. Team Coordination & Compliance:

  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth patient referrals.
  • Adhere to ethical sales practices and hospital policies at all times.
  • Support campaigns and promotional initiatives as directed by Sales Manager.
