JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITIONProject Manager
DESIGNATIONChief Manager/ Assistant Vice President
POSITION GRADEProject Manager in Infosec Remediation Area (L5/L6) OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Project manager to runs the Infosec remediation team , fixes, assess the risk and Governance with multi stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infosec Remediation: Assess and plan the fixes of observations reported by CISO function from latest Appsec , VA , PT scan
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of remediation analysts and engineers.
- Remediation Program Optimization: Manage the vulnerability and control gap in remediation lifecycle, with ownership. Tracking and prioritizing issues till closure.
- Risk Mitigation and Compensatory control: Oversee risk, control, and mitigate the observations of all defined KPI across IT infrastructure and applications Help Stakeholders to put compensatory control and follow the exceptions approval cycle.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with IT, Development partner, Engineering, and Business teams to plan and execute remediation efforts.
- Reporting & Governance: Report on the organization's security posture and remediation activities to leadership team.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement within the IT function for all security area.
- Incident Response Support: Assist with remediation of critical security incidents.
INTERACTIONSInternal Relations : CISO, Infosec team, ,IT Project teams . Infra PMsExternal Relations:
Infosec Partner Team and IT Development partners
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Educational Qualifications: Graduation B.Tech / B.Sc (IT)
Work Experience: 8-10 years of work experience.
Prior experience in Technical and Infosec Background

Good Analytical/Problem Solving skills
Good Communication and Inter personal skillsSkills
Experience or exposure in Appsec , VAPT area
Experience with vulnerability scanning and management tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7,Checkmarks).
Understanding of operating systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Understanding and technical solution in Infosec fixes and compensatory control
Familiarity with information security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF,Check marks).
