Inviting applications for the role of S2P Data and Sourcing ,Process Developer
**Work Location**: Jodhpur (Work from office)
What will your day-to-day role involve?
Responsibility:
Data Sourcing & Management:
- Collecting, extracting, and consolidating spend data from diverse sources (e.g., ERP systems, purchasing platforms, P2P tools, invoice data).
- Performing rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency for analysis and reporting.
- Developing and maintaining robust data categorization schemes (e.g., UNSPSC, custom taxonomies) to enable granular analysis.
Advanced Spend Analysis:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of spend patterns, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction, process efficiency, and supplier rationalization.
- Performing 'Maverick Spend' analysis to identify off-contract purchases and enforce compliance.
- Analyzing supplier performance, contract compliance, pricing discrepancies, and purchasing channel effectiveness.
- Developing forecasts and models to predict future spend trends and potential savings.
Reporting & Visualization Development:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining a suite of standard and custom spend reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- Translating complex data findings into clear, concise, and visually engaging reports for various stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and executive leadership.
- Creating compelling data visualizations to highlight key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and meet the specific needs of internal customers.
Strategic Support & Collaboration:
- Collaborating closely with procurement teams to provide data-driven support for sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and category management initiatives.
- Assisting in the definition, tracking, and reporting of cost savings initiatives and their financial impact.
- Partnering with IT to optimize data infrastructure and ensure data accessibility for analytical purposes.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering data literacy, and guiding strategic discussions.
Process Improvement & Governance:
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Developing and documenting best practices for spend data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensuring data governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Minimum qualifications
B.com
Good knowledge of English, min B2;
Good knowledge of SAP
Communication skills;
PC Skills.
Encouraged qualifications
Personal culture and client management expertise.
High motivation and ability to learn.
Ability to work under time pressure.
