Preferred candidate profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), social media, and internal databases to identify qualified IT professionals for various job openings.
- Screening Resumes: Review resumes to evaluate candidates technical skills, work experience, and qualifications for specific IT roles.
- Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, technical expertise, and cultural fit for the clients requirements.
- Coordinating Submissions: Submit shortlisted candidates to clients after ensuring they meet all job requirements and qualifications.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Building Talent Pools: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities.
- Negotiations: Discuss job details such as pay rates, availability, and relocation requirements with candidates.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
