Location: Delhi (NSP Netaji Subhash Place), India
Work Model: Full-time, Work from Office

Reports to: Head of Operations / Commercial Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Air Fares Specialist with strong expertise in the UK travel market. The ideal candidate must have advanced knowledge of airline routing, fare construction, and pricing strategies, along with hands-on experience in Galileo (Travelport) and Amadeus GDS systems. This is a fully office-based role in Delhi (NSP).
Key Responsibilities
- Construct, price, and issue complex domestic and international airfares.
- Apply advanced knowledge of routing principles, fare construction, and tariff interpretation.
- Work extensively on UK market bookings, fare rules, and airline agreements.
- Handle ticketing processes including reissues, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, airline policies, and BSP procedures.
- Analyse fare rules, combinability, mileage rules, and routing restrictions.
- Manage ADM/ACM cases and support dispute resolution with airlines.
- Monitor fare competitiveness and support pricing optimisation strategies.
- Provide expert-level guidance on complex itineraries and routing solutions.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all fare quoting and ticketing activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years UK travel market experience (DO NOT APPLY IF NOT MET).
- Proven experience as an Air Fares Specialist / Ticketing Executive.
- Strong expertise in Galileo (Travelport) and Amadeus GDS.
- Excellent knowledge of airline routing, fare construction, and fare rules.
- Ability to interpret complex fare tariffs, combinability rules, and global routing guidelines.
- Experience in reissues, exchanges, refunds, and complex PNR management.
- Strong understanding of IATA regulations and BSP procedures.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in a Travel Management Company (TMC), OTA, or consolidator preferred.
Desirable Skills
- IATA/UFTAA certification.
- Experience with private fares, nett fares, and consolidator fare structures.
- Exposure to multi-airline, multi-sector international itineraries.
- Familiarity with additional GDS platforms such as Sabre.
