Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead the design and planning of residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality architectural design, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and planning for real estate projects
• Develop concept designs, layout plans, and working drawings
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approvals
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications
• Manage project timelines, design quality, and deliverables
• Support project execution teams during construction stages
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect (COA Council of Architecture) preferred
• 815 years of experience in real estate or construction industry
• Strong expertise in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of building bylaws and approval processes
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale residential/commercial developments
• Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices
• Exposure to high-rise project design and execution
