Job Description
Key Responsibilities
A. Export Documentation Compliance
- Preparation of Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, COA, and other export documents
- Coordination with CHA and freight forwarders for customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with export laws, DGFT norms, and international trade regulations
B. BRC Banking Coordination
- Track and maintain Bank Realization Certificates (BRC)
- Coordinate with banks for export documentation and foreign remittance
- Maintain records of payment realization against shipments
C. Shipment Planning Execution
- Plan shipments as per delivery schedule and client requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, transporters, and suppliers
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery issues
D. Inventory Warehouse Coordination
- Monitor stock movement and dispatch planning
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and compliance before dispatch
E. Reporting Record Management
- Maintain Daily / Weekly / Monthly Logistics MIS
- Maintain export file records and documentation checklist
- Support internal and external audit requirements
Qualifications Experience
- Bachelors degree in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics or export operations
- Knowledge of BRC process, export documentation, and GST
- Understanding of INCOTERMS and international shipping practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation control
Skills Required
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
