Currently we have an urgent Position for Copilot Studio Support Engineer Role with one of our projects, location based in Blr/ Hyd.

Job Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad
Mode of Employment : Permanent (Work Mode: Hybrid, weekly 2 days in office)
Shift Mode : Rotational Shifts includes Night Shift as well
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, environments)
Job Description
- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Copilot services
- M365 Copilot
- Copilot Studio
- Power Platform AI / GenAI features
- Troubleshoot issues related to Copilot agents, flows, connectors etc
- Support 247 CCAS coverage models across APAC, EMEA, and NAM (as per rota).
- Ensure Copilot incidents are handled in line with SLA, severity, and mitigationfirst approach.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Product Groups (PG) for backend investigations when required.
- Expertise on Case mgmt. and Chatbot
- Contribute to RCA, postincident reviews, and preventive actions.
