Job Description
- Position: Workday Integration Developer
- Experience: 5 10 years of hands-on Workday integration development
- Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain integrations using EIB (Inbound & Outbound), Workday Studio, Core Connectors (Worker, Benefits), and XSLT
- Environment: Work in a diverse, multi-national, and multi-vendor setup
- Skills Required: Strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and collaboration with business users and cross-functional teams
- Good to have Workday Extend and Orchestration Experience.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and XSLT
- Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Assist team leads/project managers with system analysis and timely delivery of program requirements
- Design and configure business objects, calc fields, security, and migration processes
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and schedule integrations using ISU, ISSG, and Workday tools
- Document technical specifications and prepare test cases for AS-IS and To-Be process analysis
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation with high attention to detail
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 10 years of Workday integration development experience
- Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects (PBO, RBO), and calc fields
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reports, security, and navigation
- Expertise in EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio
- Proficiency in XSLT and integration troubleshooting
- Excellent reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-national environments
- Ability to prepare clear documentation and articulate technical solutions effectively
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
