Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for overall administration and daytoday management of housekeeping, cafeteria, and security operations, ensuring high service standards, safety compliance, and costeffective operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage housekeeping, cafeteria, and security services.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across premises.
- Monitor vendor performance and service-level compliance.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Manage operational budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives.
- Plan duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower at all times.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Address employee and visitor service issues promptly.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
