Job Description


Job Summary:

Responsible for overall administration and daytoday management of housekeeping, cafeteria, and security operations, ensuring high service standards, safety compliance, and costeffective operations.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage housekeeping, cafeteria, and security services.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across premises.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service-level compliance.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and statutory regulations.
  • Manage operational budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives.
  • Plan duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower at all times.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Address employee and visitor service issues promptly.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
