Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated graduates from Arts background to join our team as Customer Support Executives (Voice & Non-Voice processes).
This role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Voice Process:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Non-Voice Process:
- Respond to customer queries via email/chat
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Arts background preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Comfortable with Work from Office setup
Required Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently
- Basic typing skills for non-voice roles
- Problem-solving attitude
- Team player with a positive mindset
Working Conditions:
- Night Shift (Rotational / Fixed based on process)
- Work from Office only
- Week offs as per company policy
