Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate resolutions.
- Work on various front-office client tools as required for different queues.
- Understand customer issues received via calls and act accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment while adhering to company policies.
- Continuously upgrade process knowledge as required.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong comprehension skills ability to clearly understand customer concerns.
- Good composition skills clear and grammatically correct communication.
- Neutral accent with good voice clarity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience.

- Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply
