Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Process in Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in the BPO/Customer Service industry. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Document call details and update records

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory (Non-B.Tech candidates only)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in a voice process

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome
• Prior experience in voice process/customer service is an added advantage

Salary:

• 15,500 per month for freshers
• Up to 17,500 per month for experienced candidates

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
