Job location : UPSPL Integrated Service Pvt Ltd(Client of Royal Enfield, Oragadam)
Educational qualification: ITI, Diploma,B.E (Electrical/Mechanical)
Department: Paint shop
PTED, Robot Line,Oven, Powder Coating, Shot Blasting,Palstic Painting, Utilities, AHUs
Role : Electrical/ Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Technician
Skills Required:
*Robotics Maintenance:Paint application robots, PLC controls,VFD,
*Mechanical & Electrical: Experience with conveyors, pumps. Control Panel
*Paint Technology: Knowledge of spray guns, paint curing ovens, and paint circulation systems.
*Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair equipment issues (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical).
Experience :minimum 2 to 4 years of experience required
Roles & Responsibilities:
*To adhere the safety procedures in all activities in all shifts
*Preventive Maintenance& Predictive Maintenance task to complete as per schedule in all shifts
*Attending break-down and trouble shooting & to maintain history record in all the shifts
*To updating of logbooks, check sheets, in all the shifts
*To identification of spares requirement and reporting to immediate shift engineers
*Communication of non-availability of spares immediately your shift engineers
*Performing daily/regular walk around and reporting/rectification of abnormalities
*Daily base participating in the team meeting and providing innovative ideas for improvement
*To follow kaizens/improvement jobs on routine job
*Ensure equipment cleanliness in shift basis each day
*Ensuring calibration of display and monitoring instruments
*Regular reporting of consumables and consumptions in all the shifts
*To follow the start-up and shut-down process in all the shifts
*Ensuring to maintain proper tools and cleaning equipment's.
*Ensuring to meet area 5S score
*Validating of process parameters in PTED, Paint Booth, Powder Coating, Shot Blasting, and ASU's and
*Ensuring parameters are within specification. Reporting of abnormalities to shift engineers.
