Job Opportunity: Associate/Senior Associate Wealth Management Operations
Location: Gurgaon (100% Onsite)
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week
Shift Timings: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM (Mid-Shift)

Role Overview
As a vital member of our Wealth Management Operations team, you will provide critical investment data support for our US-based clients at both the manager and client levels. This role focuses on the end-to-end lifecycle of performance reporting, ensuring that investment data is accurate, timely, and insightful for high-stakes decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Reporting & Execution: Manage the daily execution of performance reporting activities, including the collection of manager statements via portals and email.
- Data Synthesis: Prepare comprehensive investment datasets covering asset allocation, current holdings, and overall portfolio performance.
- Analytics & Benchmarking: Measure the performance of diverse asset classes. Produce quarterly Manager Commentaries that offer a structured, analytical view of portfolio performance against relevant benchmarks and peer groups.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary liaison between the organization and external investment managers. Provide consistent, timely updates to Team Leads and stakeholders.
- Advisory Support: Evaluate individual investments and managers to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Process Excellence: Drive continuous process improvements and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect evolving workflows.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Market Knowledge: A proven interest in financial markets, specifically Hedge Funds, Equities, and Alternative Investments.
- Financial Literacy: Solid exposure to Global Capital Markets and a working knowledge of various investment strategies and asset classes.
- Analytical Rigor: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong aptitude for numerical accuracy.
- Execution: Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Working at Incedo (Gurgaon)
This is a full-time, onsite position located at our Gurgaon facility. The mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM 10:00 PM) is designed to provide optimal overlap with our US-based clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and service delivery.
