Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to increase CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits through branch banking channels.
• Identify new business opportunities for current accounts, savings accounts, and liability products at the branch level.
• Build relationships with existing customers to cross-sell relevant financial products and services.
• Monitor performance metrics such as portfolio growth, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in branch banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of CASA sales principles and practices.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers for current accounts and other liability products.
