Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of selected candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate profiles.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field. Banking/ Insurance experience must be added an advantage.
Strong understanding of recruitment management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
