Job Title: Unit HR Manager Hospitality

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for the hotel unit, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes, ensuring smooth workforce management aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for the unit
- Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, attendance, and employee records
- Drive employee engagement and maintain healthy employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements
- Support performance management and training initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel/hospitality industry (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to recruitment + HR operations
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
