Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the clinic floor. The role involves ensuring smooth patient flow, delivering high-quality services, coordinating across departments, supporting doctor onboarding (induction), and contributing to business growth. The position focuses on enhancing patient satisfaction, supervising staff, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and floor management
- Coordinate with doctors and various departments for seamless service delivery
- Support doctor induction and onboarding processes
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction levels
- Supervise and guide front office and support staff
- Handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to business development and operational improvements
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration (preferred)
- 25 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Operations Executive in a clinic/hospital setup
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
