Job Location :Mumbai

Designation: FSSAI Auditor

Responsibilities :

1. Inspection of Food/Edible items to ensure the Compliance of FSSAI norms.
2. Inspection of Basic Cleanliness at Store, Operation Area, Godown Area, Scrap pick up frequency by Vendor etc.
3. Inspection of Foods Articles as per their Standard Shelf Life, identification & Escalations of the same.
4. Inspection of Medical Certificate of staff who handle Food Articles.
5. Vendor invoice checking for Self Declaration & FSSAI No. on Invoice vis a vis PO.
6. To discuss with the Store Manager all issues & Acknowledge of the finding by Operations.
